Exchange and Returns:
You can return any item purchased on bolgeva.com within 14 days of the delivery date
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their
original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise
that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes),
altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Please use the original packaging
included in your shipment to return any item.
If you would like to return a product, please follow the instructions below:
Send your email on hi.bolgeva@gmail.com with your order number (received by email when your order is confirmed) , your names, phone number and the bank account on which you want the refund to be made. Tell us the reasons why you want a return or exchange (wrong size, not what I expected, delivery of wrong product). We will email you back with a confirmation.
Exchanges:
Please note that we can only exchange a product
for a different size within the same model. Should you be interested in exchanging your product for a different
color or different item, please return it and place a new order.

REFUND
In order for the quality control to accept the return, the product must be returned in the full condition in its original packing, undamaged, unaltered, not worn, with all original tags, accessories. Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.
Once our quality control team has approved the return, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
